Catalog: filtering fixes, order list, keyboard nav, branding pass

Catalog part-page work from 2026-09-10 and 2026-09-11: filtering correctness fixes, the order list, keyboard navigation, and a branding/typography pass.

Tool matching and filtering

• Compatible vendor tool counts now show in the filters (facetCounts was not reporting on a narrowed axis).
• Flute-count filtering fixed.
• Reduced-shank tools no longer drop out of the compatible list.
• Widened the end mill pool considered for threaded holes.
• Holder and collet columns came out of the tool table, and the holder/collet dropdowns came out of the tool viewer — the assembly tree owns that choice now.
• Holder type column adjustment (APP-228).

The order list

• Fixes and improvements across shared/order-list.ts and the order-list route.
• Removing an individual hole from a group works (APP-246).
• Editing a group works (APP-244).
• Vendor hyperlink moved from the Vendor column to the Catalog Number column (APP-234).

Interaction and presentation

• Keyboard list navigation focus fix — shared/arrow-target.ts is new and owns which list the arrows move through and where focus lands, with tests.
• shared/range-entry.ts is new: what a number box accepts besides a number.
• Feature and group dialog cleanup.
• Contrast increased (APP-241).
• Branding, the Toolpath logo, and a typography scale (shared/type.ts) with its test.

Docs

docs/FEATURE-LIST.md, docs/TOOL-ASSEMBLY-TREE.md, docs/CATALOG-SPEC.md, docs/TOOL-CATALOG-PLAN.md and AGENTS.md updated alongside the code.

Tests

New unit coverage for arrow-target, range-entry, catalog-matcher, setup-sheet, filter, tool-fit, component-columns, and new component tests for the group editor, selection panel and part viewer. tests/threaded-hole.spec.ts is new Playwright coverage against the holed-cube fixture; tests/on-the-part.spec.ts grew substantially.

Note

apps/catalog/tsconfig.tsbuildinfo is committed in this branch and is a build artifact — say the word and I will drop it and add it to .gitignore.
