Draft: Secret Storage feature and solutions

Draft docs for the upcoming Secrets API. Do not merge until the API and SDK ship; snippets reference proposed SDK methods, and most linked API reference pages arrive with the mono swagger sync.

New pages:

• features/secrets.mdx — Secret Storage
• solutions/key-management/programmable-credential-access.mdx
• solutions/key-management/high-security-api-key-storage.mdx

Also updated:

• welcome.mdx — Secret storage link under Manage wallets & keys, Programmable Credential Access under the Key Management card
• solutions/overview.mdx and solutions/key-management/overview.mdx — cards for both new solutions
• docs.json — nav entries for the three pages

Draft solution icons in images/solutions/; feel free to replace.

Fixed in c23d395 — the card used icon="key-01", but SolutionCard resolves icons from /images/solutions/{light,dark}/, which has no key-01.svg (that name only exists in the FeatureCard icon set). Switched to encryption-key-storage, and verified every icon on both new pages resolves to a real file.
