Bumps every tinystoragedrivers git-tag dependency (tinyjuice-drivers, tinyjuice-module: core, busproxy, client) from v0.10.0 to v0.11.0, the same form tinybox uses, and moves the nested vendor/tinyagents gitlink to tinyagents main (which pins tsd main = v0.11.0).
Checks: cargo fmt --check, cargo +1.98.0 clippy --all-targets -D warnings, cargo test for tinyjuice-drivers and tinyjuice-module all pass.
Deferred: nothing for this repo; the OpenHuman root/app [patch] removal is tracked in #7754.
