Part of tinyhumansai/openhuman#7610 and #7543.

Linking this module beside the others in one executable (openhuman-modules-linked in OpenHuman) needs one tinystoragedrivers. OpenHuman carries v0.8.0 through its vendored TinyAgents, and this crate named v0.7.0 by git tag, so the two resolved as different packages (StorageBackend mismatch in the combined build). The dependency now names v0.8.0.

Verified locally: workspace build, cargo test --workspace, and cargo +1.98.0 clippy --workspace --all-targets -D warnings are clean against v0.8.0 with no code changes.

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • Chores
    • Updated the storage driver components to version 0.8.0.

Move the tinystoragedrivers git tag from v0.7.0 to v0.8.0 across the core, busproxy, and client crates, with the lockfile updated to match.

Test assessment: No supported feature-to-test mapping was available; this does not mean tests are absent or passed.

What changed

Cargo.toml moves the workspace package version 0.1.30 -> 0.1.31, raises the `tinybox-drivers` internal path dependency version from 0.1.30 to 0.1.31, and advances `tinystoragedrivers-core`, `tinystoragedrivers-busproxy`, and `tinystoragedrivers-client` from version 0.7.0/tag v0.7.0 to version 0.8.0/tag v0.8.0. Every changed requirement remains a caret range whose bounds still admit the new versions, the internal path requirements at 0.1.25 are unaffected (^0.1.25 admits 0.1.31), the explanatory comments above each edited entry are retained, and the committed Cargo.lock already carries the v0.8.0 git sources at a single consistent rev, so nothing is stale and no caller is broken.

Features

  • Modified — Workspace package version bump to 0.1.31: Raises the version inherited by every workspace crate that uses `version.workspace = true`, including the internal `tinybox-drivers` path dependency which is raised in lockstep to 0.1.31; releases the workspace at a new patch version. (Cargo.toml)
  • Modified — tinystoragedrivers git dependencies moved to tag v0.8.0: `tinystoragedrivers-core`, `tinystoragedrivers-busproxy`, and `tinystoragedrivers-client` now resolve to tag v0.8.0 in both the `version` requirement and the `tag`, from the same git source, so consumers of the storage port traits and the bus proxy receive the v0.8.0 API; requirements stay caret ranges whose bounds still admit the new versions so a host can still `[patch]` the vendored crate. (Cargo.toml)
  • Modified — tinybox-drivers internal dependency version alignment: The `tinybox-drivers` path dependency declaration is raised from 0.1.30 to 0.1.31 so its version requirement stays consistent with the workspace version. (Cargo.toml)

Tests

No supported feature-to-test mapping was produced. Test execution is not inferred.

critique

  • Conclusion: Success
  • Scope reviewed: all assigned evidence
  • Positive: Every changed requirement is a caret range whose bounds still admit the new versions, the internal path requirements at 0.1.25 are unaffected (^0.1.25 admits 0.1.31), and the committed Cargo.lock already carries the v0.8.0 git sources at a single consistent rev, so nothing is stale and no caller is broken.
  • Positive: Every edited entry retains the explanatory comment above it, as the repository rules require, and the declared versions line up with the crate manifests.
  • Lane summary: This is a pure version-and-dependency bump: the workspace version moves 0.1.30 → 0.1.31, `tinybox-drivers`' path requirement follows it (0.1.30 → 0.1.31), and the three `tinystoragedrivers` git dependencies move from tag `v0.7.0` to `v0.8.0` in both the `version` requirement and the `tag`. Every changed requirement is a caret range whose bounds still admit the new versions, the internal path requirements at 0.1.25 are unaffected (^0.1.25 admits 0.1.31), and `Cargo.lock` already carries the v0.8.0 git sources at a single consistent rev, so nothing is stale and no caller is broken. No defects found in this file. _The code index is behind this pull request (indexed at `ca2d5c10c5c4`), so retrieved context may be out of date._

security

  • Conclusion: Success
  • Scope reviewed: all assigned evidence
  • Positive: Cargo.lock is already pinned to the same v0.8.0 tag and commit, the change introduces no untrusted input handling, network/subprocess calls, secrets, or widened CI permissions, and the repository's stated crate rules (caret ranges, comments above each entry, committed lockfile) remain intact.
  • Lane summary: The change is a version bump (0.1.30 → 0.1.31) and a dependency revision of the tinystoragedrivers git crates from v0.7.0 to v0.8.0, with Cargo.lock already pinned to the same v0.8.0 tag and commit. Nothing here introduces untrusted input handling, network/subprocess calls, secrets, widened CI permissions, or a violation of the repository's stated crate rules (caret ranges, comments above each entry, committed lockfile all remain intact). No defects found. _The code index is behind this pull request (indexed at `ca2d5c10c5c4`), so retrieved context may be out of date._

description

  • Conclusion: Success
  • Scope reviewed: all assigned evidence
  • Positive: The description lane assessed the diff as a mechanical dependency bump whose changes — the three tinystoragedrivers entries plus the workspace and `tinybox-drivers` version moves to 0.1.31 — match the PR description, with nothing in the diff contradicting it.
  • Lane summary: This is a mechanical dependency bump: the three tinystoragedrivers entries move from v0.7.0 to v0.8.0 (version, git tag) and the workspace version and `tinybox-drivers` path-dependency version move from 0.1.30 to 0.1.31, which matches the PR description. The description is accurate about the change and its motivation; nothing in the diff contradicts it. No defects found in the changed lines. _The code index is behind this pull request (indexed at `ca2d5c10c5c4`), so retrieved context may be out of date._
