docs: finalize CHANGELOG entry for v3.13.0-opencode.1 release - #10

No release was ever tagged for the v3.13.0 upstream merge (2026-06-19). Rename the Unreleased section to the release it will actually ship as, so the tag and the changelog line up. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
