GemmW4A8FwdOp, HadamardTransformFwdOp, MergeAttentionStatesFwdOp and PagedKVCacheGatherFwdOp are exported by TileOPs main, and scripts/check_api_pages.py listed them as named by no page. Each gets its constructor and forward on its family's page; the Transform page drops the not-yet-implemented note, and the API index lists that page and the new GEMM and attention coverage.

tile-ai/TileOPs#2627 exports CausalConv1dFwdOp and CausalConv1dUpdateFwdOp. The forward convolution gets its own section ahead of the SSD stages, and the update joins the decode section beside SSDRecurrentFwdOp.
