Putting a "not in store" note to the Ti.App.* properties in tiapp.xml and move them closer together.

Also removing some dead entries.

Do we want to mark copyright, publisher, etc as deprected in 14, removed in 15? I'm not sure how we document this.

No no, we've decided against that change and keep it in tiapp.xml but just mention that those are not used in the store: tidev/titanium-sdk#14555 (review)

@m1ga can you make sure any relevant changes make it into https://github.com/tidev/titaniumsdk.com/blob/main/content/docs/reference/tiapp-xml.md?

I've added CFBundleVersion https://github.com/tidev/titanium-sdk/blob/a2324417d1f4873d65435cdb19ac654199f5fd6d/templates/app/angular-default/template/tiapp.xml#L40-L43 into the template for 14.0.0 which is kind of the iOS version of android:versionCode. With that value you can keep e.g. testflight in 1.0.0 and just increase that number. Otherwise you'll lose your 1.0.0 when you push another update to testflight. So the store will show <version> and you can increase CFBundleVersion.

It's commented out since not everyone is using it but it would be good to explain it in the readme.

And maybe we should mention that the Android node is the normal AndroidManifest part so you can add all the native permissions in there.
