Each native target now carries provenance: root_kind, the root-relative SKILL.md entrypoint, and SHA-256 fingerprints of the entrypoint and every required companion. OMO fingerprints come from the integrity-verified 5.0.0-beta.81 tarball; OMH fingerprints come from the deployed Markdown the pinned 2.0.3 wheel generates, including the mandatory shared rail and the canonical catalog name behind each categorized selector. The delegation protocol describes how a resolver validates the OMO package.json and OMH manifest.json roots against these values, and the tests pin entrypoint, rail, and companion expectations independently of the manifest.
… plan review tk-router now documents skill root versus project root, passes --project-root in the route command, reads model keys only from the catalog, leaves decided_at absent unless written, routes intake to the planner, and stops on a failed readiness gate until it is rerun. Stage numbering is unchanged. Adds the tk-router scenario fixture.
…e root The file-adapter tests created temporary directories directly under the checkout root, ignoring THUNDERKIT_TEST_TMPDIR and TMPDIR. They now honor those variables, falling back to the ignored .omo-tmp. A regression records real allocations and fails against the old behavior. Move shared fixtures into model_config_fixtures.py and separate normalization/rejection cases from catalog, selection, JSON and relocation cases so each module stays within 250 code lines. All 26 test methods are preserved unchanged. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
…al lock Manifest schema 2 maps hermes to OMH, opencode to OMO and every other host to GSD, replaces fixed peer versions and file digests with release channels, and keeps only required file paths per target. Gates and tk-resolve verify installed bytes against .thunderkit/peers.lock.json (new peer_lock.py, --lock, peer_unlocked). OMC stays excluded. The CLI deps output, release smoke check, fixtures and site follow the new contract. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
GSD is the required peer on hosts other than Hermes and OpenCode, so the ecosystems filter must admit it. The default list and the project configuration now include gsd. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
Add the gsd root kind (gsd-file-manifest.json identity, skills/gsd-<name>/SKILL.md entrypoints), route tk-debug to gsd-debug and tk-grill to gsd-explore, accept gsd: delegate tokens, and align the GSD host list with catalog harness names. … state private Document the per-host peer map, release channels and machine-local lock in DEPENDENCIES.md, README, delegation and roster references; ignore .planning/ in git and npm payloads. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
…unning it thunderkit peers --host <name> [--json] resolves the manifest channel (highest 5.x beta for OMO, latest dist-tag for OMH and GSD) and prints the non-interactive install command. It never prompts and never executes the peer installer. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
tk-fast hands a trivial inline edit to GSD fast mode on GSD hosts with no model binding, plan or review. tk-quick runs a small task on one selected model with one different-family review before commit. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>

…lback Add a shared asking.md reference mapping each host to its structured choice tool and link it from every question-asking skill. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
Wrap rendered tables in a horizontal scroll container, let inline code wrap, and cap pre blocks at the page width so no page overflows a 375px viewport. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
CI installs npm 11.19.1 in its own prefix; placing the Node directory first made make find the bundled npm and fail its runtime gate before running the Node suites. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
…warded publish environment GitHub runners export GITHUB_* variables that the publish transport correctly forwards for provenance; the test now clears and restores them so its exact-environment assertion holds on CI and locally. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
