I've completed the requested feature implementation and pushed my changes to the
feature/database-for-ml-trainingbranch. The contribution introduces PostgreSQL-backed historical weather storage and climate event logging to support future ML and survival analysis capabilities.As a GSSoC 2026 contributor, I'd appreciate a review and the necessary approval/permissions for merging this feature into the main repository.
