- Rename namespace from Graphqlite to GraphQLite
- Upgrade phpstan to v1
- Upgrade graphqlite-bundle to v5
- Upgrade tdbm-graphql to v5

LGTM. Funny enough that git does not detect the renamed TheCodingMachineTdbmGraphQLBundle.php
