• Co-founded and leading technical development of a multi-tenant school management platform (admissions, academics, timetabling, attendance, fee management).
• Full stack from zero: NestJS GraphQL API, PostgreSQL/TypeORM, React/Vite dashboard, Flutter mobile app — all in an Nx monorepo.

• Built React component library aligned to Figma designs, accelerating UI development by 30% across multiple product teams.
• Implemented Cube.js embedded analytics with customisable dashboards adopted across the org.

• Led frontend delivery of the TrustStar platform; engineered Stripe e-commerce flow and reduced bundle size via code-splitting and lazy loading.
