Implements native MiniMax-H3 ComfyUI TensorWise I8 ConvRot loading and linear dispatch on top of the safety baseline. Pins GGML commit c16e0c683ca96099a4ed84ccd0d9f8c308ef7d27 (GGML PR leejet#88), keeps the I8 weight plus F32 scale sidecar compact, preflights backend capability before parameter allocation, and retains the F16 oracle only through explicit SD_CONVROT_MODE=compat selection. Focused safetensors ConvRot test and full CTest pass.
