This PR upgrades the CircleCI Codecov orb to codecov/codecov@6.0.0 and updates the CI workflow to upload PHPUnit coverage and test results as separate Codecov uploads.

- Bump Codecov CircleCI orb from
4.1.0to6.0.0. - Write PHPUnit Clover coverage output into
logs/phpunit/coverage.xml(alongside other PHPUnit artifacts). - Upload coverage and JUnit test results to Codecov via two
