What does this PR do?
Adds Laminar to the Python and TypeScript integrations, linking to Laminar's Temporal guide: https://laminar.sh/docs/tracing/integrations/temporal
src/components/IntegrationsGrid/integrations-data.json(Python and TypeScript), tagged Agent observability, matching the Langfuse and Braintrust cards.Laminar is an external integration, not a Plugin: it adds tracing interceptors so the Workflow run, its Activities, and the LLM calls inside them land in one trace.
