[codex] add bridge core assets

What changed

• Added suggested core bridge assets to the developer Bridges page.
• Added the same asset guidance to the user Bridging Assets guide.
• Included Telos EVM contract links, on-chain symbols, decimals, issuer background, and bridge context for USDC, USDT, ETH/WETH, and WBTC.
• Updated the Telos Bridge URL to https://bridge.telos.net/.

Why

The docs needed a clear source of truth for the currently recommended bridge assets and their issuers, so users and integrators can distinguish the current Telos EVM bridge assets from older wrapped assets.

Validation

• git diff --check
• yarn build

Note: yarn build succeeds but still reports existing broken-link and broken-anchor warnings elsewhere in the docs that are unrelated to this change.
