Closes tavily-ai#170 The tavily package ships inline type hints but no py.typed marker, so mypy/pyright report 'missing library stubs or py.typed marker [import-untyped]' and skip type checking for downstream users. Add an empty tavily/py.typed marker and configure setup.py (package_data + zip_safe=False) so the marker is included in the built distribution per PEP 561.
