configs/distro/now holds the kernel configs Debian 13 and Fedora 44 ship, copied unchanged out oflinux-image-6.12.111+deb13-amd64andkernel-core-7.2.8-200.fc44.distros.tomlrecords, for each, the version and row it belongs to, the package and its sha256, the config's sha256, the compiler the distribution used, and a short list of overrides.rk build 6.12.111 --config debian-13 --cc ruccandrk build 7.2.8 --config fedora-44 --cc rucctake the pinned file instead of a kbuild target. The file is checked against its hash, the overrides are laid over it (an empty trusted and revocation key list, and a module signing key kbuild makes on the spot, since the distribution certificates are not in the tarball), andolddefconfigsettles it. A test fragment still merges on top. A distribution config refuses any version or row other than the one it came from.build.jsongainsdistro_dropped, the options the distribution turns on that came out off, and the summary shows them. On server3, with gcc 13 and no pahole or rustc, both configure. Debian 13 loses 14 options, BTF among them, and Fedora 44 loses BTF and every Rust option.Part of #6
