I paid the bill for a real operation before shipping AI to another one. I took my parents' retail business from a R$ 30k/month loss to R$ 100k+/month in revenue, in the black, in six months; I scaled GEEKS, a 6 m² mall kiosk, to R$ 2MM+/year with a team of 4 and lost it when the operation went under in 2022.
I carried that cash discipline into AI. aurora · Tauá: 293k+ WhatsApp conversations, 87%+ resolved without human intervention and 2.1s average response time. In consulting: +48% monthly revenue at a medical institute.
I ship AI agents to production, in TypeScript and Python, inside the stack the company already runs: the WhatsApp Business API, Salesforce, ERPs and legacy systems, with LLMs, RAG and MCP under the hood.
