I'm Syrup Murayama, a product manager. I turn problems I meet on real jobs into small, fast products.
papat is a proofing gallery for photographers and their clients. Send one link, and the client picks photos in the browser. No client account is needed. It grew out of the tools I built for my own photography work at Murayama Photo Office.

- Shortlists: turn the picks into a new gallery for the next person, so the candidates narrow down from photographer to designer to end client.
- papat Recap: an iPhone app for culling a big day of sports photos fast, right on the phone. Now in beta on TestFlight.
The installers are signed with my legal name, Daisuke Murayama.
- lightroom-sdk-types: LuaLS type stubs for the Lightroom Classic SDK, covering all 59 modules. Also available as a VS Code extension.
- umec: a toolkit for solo makers running a small online shop on Cloudflare Workers, Stripe and Resend. Extracted from a shop that is in production.
- cockpit-gc and cockpit-best-practices: a cleanup tool and operating rules for running many AI agent tasks in AGI Cockpit.
- select-share: an earlier static gallery builder, and the starting point of papat.
I decide what to build and why. AI coding agents write most of the code, and I review what ships.

papat は、写真家がクライアントと写真を選ぶための共有ギャラリーです。 URL を 1 つ送るだけで、クライアントはブラウザでそのまま写真を選べます。クライアント側の登録は要りません。 村山写真事務所での自分の撮影の仕事のために作ってきた道具が、もとになっています。

何を作るか、なぜ作るかを自分で決めます。コードの大半は AI のコーディングエージェントが書き、世に出すものは自分で確かめます。
