What I built

A SuperDocs-powered Win/Loss workflow for sales, product marketing, and competitive intelligence teams.

The build:

• Generates standardized debriefs from closed-deal transcripts.
• Extracts why we won/lost, competitors, pricing dynamics, objections, and deciding factors.
• Maintains a searchable local deal index.
• Synthesizes quarterly competitive briefs by competitor and segment.
• Links synthesis findings to supporting debrief evidence.
• Labels small-sample patterns.
• Removes customer identifiers from the shared quarterly brief.
• Includes schema validation, evidence verification, review/approval, and export.
• Includes prompt-injection handling and automated tests.
