Restores the Sale, Checkout, and Transaction glossary pages removed by #933, bringing back the documentation introduced in #857 at its original URLs and sidebar positions.
Adapts the pages to the current Nimbus portal: uses plain prose and Markdown tables in place of Mermaid blocks, links to the current API reference, and aligns the explanations with the synchronized API model. Clarifies that the Sales API exposes only fully paid, closed sales, distinguishes checkout and transaction statuses, and separates transaction outcomes from payout events.
