Python Multithreading Quiz Game An interactive, browser-based quiz application designed to test core knowledge of Python multithreading concepts, including thread management, synchronization, and internal thread identifiers. This project is a lightweight, responsive web-based quiz game built using vanilla web technologies. It presents users with multiple-choice questions focusing on Python's standard threading library, locking mechanisms, and thread lifecycles.

The game dynamically shuffles answer choices for each question, tracks the player's score with negative marking for incorrect guesses, and provides a restart option upon completion.
