Similar to #528 — bumps the core version used by the CI integration tests so we can run them against 27.0.0-3288.7696c069d.

Only the P26 lane is bumped; P25 pins are unchanged. (Companion to stellar/stellar-horizon#188.)

Draft — for running CI integration tests only.

I'll gladly approve but this is only half of the battle: at this point we'd want to bump the protocol_versions to '26' and '27' in the integration-* jobs. Also I think this should target the protocol-next branch!

This isn't meant to be merged. We just want to run the package against the integration tests.

We need to rethink this flow for protocol releases though. And also automate whatever we come up with.

Yeah 100%, all of the draft PRs are like 95% of the way to being mergeable and it'd save a lot of churn.
