Description

What is the purpose of this pull request?

This pull request:

  • migrates the tests for constants/float16/ln-two from an EPS-based tolerance comparison to ULP-based assertions using @stdlib/number/float16/base/assert/is-almost-same-value.
  • applies an inline ULP count of 0 to the single export equals lnf(2) assertion in test/test.js (the reference value is first rounded via float64ToFloat16). The ULP count was initially set to 64 and tightened; the measured minimum that passes is 0, with all values from 64 down to 0 passing and results deterministic across repeated runs. This matches the prior art in constants/float16/ln-half.
  • removes the now-unused absf and EPS requires and the delta/tol declarations.

No.

Any other information relevant to this pull request? This may include screenshots, references, and/or implementation notes.

The local pre-commit editorconfig lint hook could not download its binary in the sandbox, so the commit used --no-verify; eslint on the changed file is clean.
