Resolves a part of #11352.

Description

What is the purpose of this pull request?

This pull request:

(Note: test.mgf.js and test.js did not use the legacy relative tolerance testing pattern, and thus were not modified.)

Final ULP constants:

  • test.factory.js: 0 ULP
  • test.native.js: 0 ULP

These bounds were determined empirically using a script that calculated the maximum ULP difference across all x and p fixture combinations for both factory and native implementations. The empirically calculated max ULP was exactly 0, meaning the generated output matched the expected JSON fixtures identically without any precision drift.
