ci: publish to npm via trusted publishing (OIDC) (#144) - #145

npm's trusted publisher for this package specifies the environment prod. GitHub only includes an environment claim in the OIDC token when the job declares one, so without this the token exchange is rejected and the publish fails at verifyConditions.
