fix: stabilize logic platform parity, file cleanup refactor

Bug Fix -

• When an existing OTA update existed, new update download would shift the bundle to stable slot while it was active. Since iOS serves bundle from RAM, the bundle would continue to function but the assets in the bundle(served through file system) would not resolve. Solved this by ensuring parity in Android & iOS where bundle are copied when stabilizing.

Enhancements -

• Stallion patch logic would cleanup temporary cached files for clean session everytime.
• iOS fallback cleanup logic would clear the file system completely. Before this change, the file system would exist but the meta data pointing to OTA slots would flush. Not a bug, however a good enhancement for clean sessions.
