Add Yolfi remote MCP server

• adds the official Yolfi remote Streamable HTTP MCP server
• includes OAuth-compatible endpoint metadata and the current tool inventory
• links the maintained MIT-licensed implementation at https://github.com/yolfinance/yolfi-agent

Verification

• catalog validate -v: all 111 ToolHive servers and 180 skills valid
• public resource metadata returns JSON from https://app.yolfi.com/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource/mcp
• unauthenticated initialize returns 401 with the OAuth resource metadata challenge
