VirtioFS ownership preparation

• Added public virtiofs.PrepareOwnership(ctx, root, relativePath, uid, gid) for strict whole-tree or targeted preparation using the existing override_stat mechanism.
• Startup stays best-effort by default: recoverable entry failures produce a bounded warning while other safe entries continue processing. Set VirtioFSMount.StrictOwnershipPreparation: true to require complete preparation.
• Explicit OverrideUID/OverrideGID now apply to read-only exports too. Guest and host-device read-only enforcement remain unchanged.
• Host ownership and mode are unchanged; existing guest mode bits are preserved. No repository copying, watcher, or implicit chmod/chown is introduced.
• New or changed xattrs still require host write permission. An unannotated host-0400 file normally cannot be prepared by an unprivileged caller; matching metadata is not rewritten.
• Callers must synchronize host updates and guest metadata access. Preparation is nontransactional and does not invalidate guest caches. Linux user-namespace behavior is unchanged.
