Vite dev server fails to start in WebContainer #2145

Describe the bug

Related issue: #2104

When I open a new StackBlitz React JavaScript project or any existing StackBlitz React JavaScript project I am seeing the following error in the screenshot.

It looks like an issue was open about a month ago for a similar error.

Link to the blitz that caused the error

https://stackblitz.com/edit/vitejs-vite-syns6g9z?file=index.html&terminal=dev

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Stackblitz
2. Click New Project
3. Click React JavaScript
4. Open terminal - at this point the project is not running

Expected behavior

I expect to have the starter/boiler plate React JavaScript code to run automatically. I expect to see the UI open with the starter code.

Parity with Local

• I have run the project in my local machine and I could not reproduce the issue.
