Project preview in new tab won't connect #2098

Message given:
The editor took too long to respond
Looks like the editor is not responsive. Try refreshing it.

Steps to reproduce
- In project, go to "Open new tab" to preview the project
- Click on Connect to project button
- Editor fails to load
Expected behavior
Editor should load live preview of the project website being built
Parity with Local
- I have run the project in my local machine and I could not reproduce the issue.
