Testnet runs Splice 0.6.11 (== our pin). A token-standard/ subtree diff between the pin (93b3519c) and tag 0.6.13 shows the only changes are test registries, test/example daml.yaml, package-lock, the CLI parser, and the token-metadata OpenAPI spec — no on-ledger API/interface package the DEX builds against changed. No re-vendor required.

Records the durable finding that our vendored pin (Splice 0.6.11, which is exactly what Testnet runs) needs no re-vendor to align with 0.6.13: a
token-standard/subtree diff shows the only changed files are Amulet test registries, test/exampledaml.yaml,package-lock.json, the CLI tx parser, and the token-metadata OpenAPI spec — none of the on-ledger API/interface packages the DEX compiles against. Documentation-only change tovendor/splice/VENDOR_PIN.md.
