E2E is ~72% of CI time and runs serially (
maxWorkers: 1, fixed auth callback port), taking ~4.4 min of a 5.5 min PR run.vitest --shard(each on its own runner, so no port clashes). Expected E2E ~1.5 min (floor:select-goal.e2e.tsat 74s).E2E testsaggregate job so the check name stays stable.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
