Issue #19: Fix backtick split pipe syntax compilation constraint in Veneer compiler

Defect DEFECT-SJS-05. Using backtick delimiters inside double quotes for split pipe parameters (e.g. split: ) causes compilation errors. Parameterless split pipe or raw string syntax should be recommended and handled cleanly by the parser.
