ci: run x86-linux-gnu tests on ubuntu-24.04 - #761

On `ubuntu-26.04`, the default seccomp profile in Docker 29.4.2 denies `socketcall(2)`, so i386 glibc containers could not resolve hostnames and `bundle install` failed. Pin the `x86-linux-gnu` jobs to `ubuntu-24.04` until the `ubuntu-26.04` image has Docker 29.4.3 or later. ref: actions/runner-images#14790

The
x86-linux-gnujobs intest_architecture_matrixstarted failing whenubuntu-latestmoved toubuntu-26.04(example).bundle installin theruby:*--platform=linux/386container cannot reachindex.rubygems.org.The cause is actions/runner-images#14790: the default seccomp profile in Docker 29.4.2, which the

The
x86-linux-gnujobs now run onubuntu-24.04(ci.yml). A comment on the matrix entry links the upstream issue, so we can drop the pin once theubuntu-26.04image has Docker 29.4.3 or later.
