The mobile path does not mount the desktop tab strip, and the conversation list only surfaces conversations, so drafts and child sessions could become unreachable. Add a top-bar menu that lists open tabs with status, title and folder, and returns to the conversation workspace before switching.

What
On mobile the desktop tab strip is not mounted, and the conversation list only lists conversations — so a background tab (a draft, a child session) has no way back after you leave it.
This adds a mobile-only "Open tabs" entry between Search and New conversation in the workspace title bar. It opens a dropdown listing every open tab with:
The desktop layout is untouched.
