fix(mobile): restore messages, models, files and send on v1 and v2 servers - #153

Route all chat data calls through apiUrl()/getServerVersion() with {data}
unwrap and v1/v2 fallbacks (sessions, messages, send via /prompt on v2,
abort via /interrupt, files via /api/fs/*, projects, agents, questions,
permissions, diffs, recents, todos). Normalize v2 sessions
(location.directory) and models (modelID/disabled) to app shapes. Fall back
to a usable connection when the stored project mapping is stale so the
browser and chat never render Not connected while a tunnel exists. Show
offline and load-error banners with Retry in chat instead of failing
silently. Remove em/en dashes from user-facing copy.
