Bug Title:

Navigation link doesn't work at "https://www.topcoder.com/company/"

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Moving to "https://www.topcoder.com/company/"
2. Click on navigation link of "Sponsor TCO"

Actual Result:

Focus sign of navigation has moved but nothing has changed.

Expected Result:

I guess page is supposed to change.

In addition

I think it caused by setting inappropriate href attribute to a-tag.
