README.md and .kiro/steering/project-overview.md still listed
"configuration"/"config" as part of devbox-common after the
ServerConfig and DatabaseConfig structs were removed from that crate.
A developer following either doc would look in devbox-common for config
types and find none; all config structs now live in devbox-server.
