The 5.3.3 post-deploy message said the first call after Make Live could be silent and to retry. Platform investigation (PRO-2130) showed the crew is engaged at call time; the 'silent then works' pattern we saw was the pipecat routing fix (#1025) rolling out, not a per-deploy warm-up. That guidance sends users chasing a non-issue.

Drop the 'can be silent / try again' line; the message now just says to wait for the build to show Live before the first call. Version bump 5.3.4 + changelog. CLI-text-only.

… guidance (5.3.4)

Platform investigation (PRO-2130) confirmed the crew is engaged at call time; the
earlier 'silent -> works after retry' pattern was the pipecat routing fix rolling
out, not a per-deploy warm-up. Drop the 'if it's silent, try again' line and just
tell users to wait for the build to show Live before the first call.
