…Electron routing fix - Bump version 5.2.0 -> 5.3.0 + changelog.md entry. - Add hand-written typed streaming-STT helper (smallestai.waves.helpers.stream_speech_to_text) covering the full STT param set incl. keyword boosting, with unit tests; .fernignore'd. - Refresh waves/__init__.py to the regenerated export surface (electron, speech_to_text, voice cloning) while preserving the stream_tts backward-compat shim. Fixes stale pulse_stt_streaming reference and missing top-level exports (e.g. ElectronMessage). - Remove tests/custom/test_pulse_rest_format_params.py: it guarded the removed legacy /waves/v1/pulse/get_text endpoint (transcribe_pulse). Gauntlet on the built 5.3.0 wheel: mypy clean, scripts/verify.py PASSED, custom suite 41 passed, fresh-install imports + surface OK. STT batch/stream + electron live-verified against api.smallest.ai.
