build(deps): bump spotless to gradle@8.10.3 and maven@3.10.3 with reformatting - #514

Bumps both spotless plugins together — Gradle com.diffplug.spotless 8.10.2 -> 8.10.3 and Maven spotless-maven-plugin 3.10.2 -> 3.10.3 — and applies the resulting reformat. The 8.10.3/3.10.3 formatter reflows a chained method call in SampleBlockActionListener.java (breaks .viewsUpdate(...) onto its own line). Because both build tools run spotlessCheck in CI and share the formatter behavior, all three must land together: bumping only one tool (as Dependabot's #511/#508 do individually) leaves the other tool's check failing on the new layout.
