Skilluv starter pinning policy: we keep major dependency versions pinned to the validated baseline. Cross-major bumps (or 0.x minor bumps that historically break APIs) are handled via coordinated manual refreshes, not per-PR merges, so the starter documentation stays consistent with the code. Closing to keep the PR queue actionable.
