Useful scripts for manipulation of genetic data.
This project includes scripts I'm using to manipulate genetic data. They are not thoroughly tested, so reuse them with care.
Just me for now.
The scripts were written on Linux, using just standard tools (bash, awk). Plink merging scripts require Plink installed.
