- Point SIMPL_GAMES_URL to localhost by default
- Update ROOT_TOPIC and GAME_SLUG
- Refactored Django project directory to match the repo name.
- Upgraded Django to latest 2.2.x version.

Simpl tutorial example apps prefix the game slug with ‘simpl-‘ to allow users to create non-prefixed parallel versions using the same Simpl database. Also, refactored Django project directory name to match repo name.
