Description
This is a bug fix for issue: #1062
Motivation and Context
By updating ocs version, the WG actuator ocs cannot work. So, I modified the wg-actuator agent to fix it.
How Has This Been Tested?
It was tested on the local WG system at Okayama University. However, we should pay attention to it when updating the site software because there is a small possibility that wg actautor cannot work and it will stop the schedule.
