Add consequences beyond the annotations and explicit parameter defaults/interactions across the 10 tools: probe runs as the target user over SSH and can take seconds; updates may change the resolved version; removals never touch opencode.json; document components/workspace/confirm defaults and the list_required_credentials -> run_auth_flow var contract. TDQS (hosted): overall 4.8 / coherence 5.0 / mean 4.8.

Lifts the remaining 4/5 TDQS sub-dimensions: consequences beyond the annotations + explicit parameter defaults/interactions on all 10 tools.
TDQS (hosted, 1.2): overall 4.8 / coherence 5.0 / mean 4.8 (was 4.7). inspect_target/apply_clone/remove_component 4.6–4.7 → 4.9.
