Summary

  • Adds a new public docs page at /docs/platform/voice/call-screening that documents SignalWire's voice fraud-screening behavior at a customer-facing level.
  • Highlights the recent behavior change: the new-account screening window is now anchored on the account's first inbound or outbound call, not the Space creation date. This closes the gap where dormant Spaces could age past the new-account window without ever placing a call.
  • Sticks to high-level categories of signals (account maturity, destination type, origin patterns, number reputation). Specific thresholds and the internal service name are intentionally omitted so the page does not become an evasion guide.

Refs: signalwire/cloud-product#19042
Follow-up to: signalwire/cloud-product#18541 (deployed to prod)

Test plan

  • yarn fern-check passes locally (requires Node 22 — not run in this environment, current machine is on Node 18)
  • Page renders correctly in fern docs dev preview
  • Sidebar entry shows up under Platform → Calling → Voice (auto-discovered via folder: ./pages/calling/voice in platform.yml)
  • Cross-links resolve: /docs/platform/voice/stir-shaken, /docs/platform/rate-limits

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Documents the voice fraud-screening behavior at a high level, including
the recent change to anchor the new-account screening window on the
first inbound or outbound call instead of the Space creation date.

Replaces the high-level description with the actual rules enforced by
the screening layer: per-hour caps by destination type, the 2-day flat
totals, the SIP-to-PSTN 21-day cap, the number blocklist, and the
allow-list / bypass paths.
