Updates python ingestion for sift-stream-bindings 0.3.0+.
Changes focus around the builder to create an ingestion client, and expose many additional capabilities of sift-stream that were previously unavailable from python. Additionally, the sending API has changed to more closely match that of the underlying sift-stream API.
