Add a priority field (0-10, default 5) to the Task record in s10, and make ready-task selection deterministic in s13 and s15: ready tasks are ordered by priority (higher first), with task_id breaking ties so every idle teammate picks the same next task.

  • s10: validate priority on create and load (rejects bool/non-int/out-of-range)
  • s13/s15: sort scan_unclaimed_tasks() by (-priority, task_id); claim_next_task picks the highest-priority ready task
  • schemas expose a 0-10 integer priority; list_tasks shows (pN)
  • tests: s10 range/default/validation; s13+s15 order + tie-break
  • regenerate web content (versions.json/docs.json) for changed code blocks
  • READMEs updated in all three languages (en/zh/ja) with identical code blocks
